Fair Chance Employment Opportunities with the Federal Government

The Fair Chance to Compete Act was finalized and implemented in 2023, which requires all federal government agencies to create pathways for directly impacted to have opportunity for federal employment. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will share opportunities within their agency and how to seek, apply and respond to federal employment opportunities nationally.
