Saad M. Soliman, the Executive Vice President of Government Affairs and Criminal Justice at Patient Sortal, is a National Reentry Systems Subject Matter Expert, an avid Criminal Justice Reform Advocate, Systems Organizer, and proven executive leader. Known widely as a “Serial Entrepreneur” and wealth creation strategist.

After serving almost an entire juvenile life term, followed by 15 consecutive years in prison from the ages of 17 through 32, Mr. Soliman became the first directly impacted criminal justice system-involved person ever hired by the United States Department of Justice United States Attorney’s Office, District of Delaware in 2011 and was the Sr. Reentry Specialist for the United States Probation Office, District of Delaware and the first Peer Support Specialist for the Districts first federal reentry court still operating successfully today within the United States District Courts for the District of Delaware.

Supplying expert guidance to governmental agencies such as the National Reentry Resource Center, Bureau of Justice Assistance, and public sector companies such as the American Institute for Research, Mr. Soliman joins our team with the passion and expertise to build bridges that will allow for the liberation of our justice-involved community and reimagining a world where accountability and justice meet healthy communities and families made whole.
